- Devoteam acquires Alegri, a leading player of Digital Workplace and Cloud Transformation in Germany
- With this acquisition Devoteam reinforces its position and transformation capabilities in one of its strategic geographies
Devoteam, a pure player in digital transformation of large organisations in EMEA, announced the acquisition of 100% of Alegri International Service GmbH, a leading consulting company for Digital Workplace & IT transformation in Germany.
Alegri helps large accounts across various sectors (Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Industry, Finance, Retail), to move to a digital workplace, and agile cloud centric IT, notably using Microsoft solutions.
Alegri, headquartered in Munich with offices across Germany, Switzerland & Austria, has 240 employees and should achieve revenues of about €40 million in 2018 with a high single digit operating margin rate. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, and should be consolidated as of July 1st, 2018.
Alegri will become Devoteam|Alegri.
