In private everyday life, messenger services such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Telegram are indispensable. In recent years, however, the importance of this type of communication has also risen massively in companies. 57 percent of companies already say that messengers are decisive for their own success. In addition, 40 percent of executives state that messenger apps have become one of the most important communication channels. However, for these services to be integrated into companies without any reservations, several rules must be followed; first and foremost, the protection of data against attacks by third parties as well as the compliance with the DSGVO regulation. SIMSme, the messenger service of Deutsche Post AG, is one of the few relevant B-2-B messengers that meet the legal requirements for business communication.

Brabbler develops a communication platform named “ginlo” that ensures privacy for individual users and confidentiality for companies. Business customers can rely on an end-to-end encrypted and manageable IT solution for the communication among their employees.
