Faurecia acquired Design LED – M&A process was managed by Aquin & Cie.
Faurecia S.A. (ENXTPA:EO) acquired a 100% stake in Design LED Products Ltd. from a private investor group, Scottish Enterprise, and others on June 4, 2021. The Scotland-based company, specialized in advanced LED backlighting technologies, will strengthen Faurecia’s offer for display technologies and enrich its immersive experiences for the Cockpit of the Future. The M&A process was managed by Aquin & Cie. AG, headquartered in Munich, on behalf of Design LED and its shareholders. Addleshaw Goddard LLP acted as the legal advisor for Design LED. Eversheds Sutherland acted as the legal advisor for Faurecia.
