In preparation for the sale, OMMAX supported 7pace and their M&A advisor 4GC with a tech factbook and examined the company’s value proposition and USPs, product portfolio, IT organization, software development process as well as IT and data landscape. 7pace has a unique offering via deeply integrated time tracking into developer workflows down to work item level, providing most accurate data for team management and financial accounting. The highly customizable tracking and reporting solution provides a seamless and effortless product experience made from developers for developers.
