Telescope’s Transaction Advisory Team advised PROM12 Management GmbH (“PROM12”) with Commercial Due Diligence services on its platform acquisition of Communardo Software GmbH (“Communardo”), a Dresden based digital full-service provider.

Founded in 2001 and with over 200 employees, Communardo offers a holistic portfolio of IT-services in the field of digital workplace, DevOps and ITSM solutions.

Communardo holds strong technology partnerships with known companies such as Atlassian, Microsoft, Staffbase and Monday.com. With these partners, Communardo Software has a strong positioning as the company holds the Atlassian Platinum partnership status among few others in Germany and the Gold partnership status with Microsoft.

The key services offered by Communardo are primarily consultancy services supplemented by sales of software licenses, managed services and training. Moreover, Communardo is developing add-on software products for the Atlassian and the Microsoft ecosystem.

The company is further a well positioned player in a strongly growing market which makes it an attractive target that has just been acquired by PROM12.
